Submitted by Pär Olsson on

Great opportunity to join our team at Malmö University, Sweden!

The Department of Materials Science and Applied Mathematics is recruiting a highly motivated Associate Senior Lecturer in Applied Physics with a focus on Machine Learning.

Partially funded by the Swedish Knowledge Foundation, this position aims to strengthen and expand our machine learning research activities connected to materials science, with an emphasis on structural materials and engineering applications.

Postdoctoral position in computational fluid-metamaterial interaction

Submitted by Harold S. Park on

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and independent postdoctoral researcher to work in the area of computational fluid-metamaterial interaction.  The postdoctoral position is focused on implementing mechanical models for metamaterials into a computational fluid dynamics code to investigate the resulting fluid-metamaterial interaction.  This project will involve collaboration with other research teams at the University of Illinois and Caltech.

Postdoctoral position in physics-driven machine learning for transient electromagnetic data for subsurface imaging

Submitted by info@signatur.dk on

Join us at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Aarhus University for a two-year postdoctoral position focused on physics-driven machine learning for ground-based, airborne, and drone-based transient electromagnetic (TEM) data. The project will build on anEMone, our fully differentiable TEM forward-modelling framework implemented in PyTorch, to develop supervised and self-supervised deep learning models that directly incorporate electromagnetic physics.
