ENF Model in Abaqus

Hi Everyone,

                 I am new to abaqus and I am modeling an ENF specimen in abaqus..I am trying to find some tutorials relating to ENF specimen model in internet but i couldn't find one till now..If any one having the experience of modeling ENF specimen in abaqus kindly help me by providing some of the materials regarding this.

gradient of deformation in skeletal muscle

Dear All

My thesis is about finite elment modeling of skeletal muscle in which I should calculate gradient of deformation incrementally in ABAQUS subroutine "UMAT".

However,for starting the code to perform having initial deformation gradient is essential. I don't know how to start the program.

Would anyone familiar with this field help me or introduce any reference.

I am doing one project regarding simulation of modeling residual stress relaxation for AA2024-T351. I am having trouble in introducing cyclic loading for the material. what are the steps needed to do this simulation? i have attached the workpiece dimensions.

Why is there no body force considered in the equilibrium equations of the RVE in the homogenization technique?
 
The overall response of the RVE is obtained by solving the RVE boundary value problem under prescribed boundary conditions (either traction or displacement BC) without considering the body force.
