Need help simulating a Wire Electrical Discharge Machine in action For a Titanium workiece

So I am trying to have a "wire" cut the piece of metal. I dont know the thermal properties of the wire. (wire EDM) I know electricity is conducted throught the wire but I dont know how to show that in Abaqus. I've created the parts and I dont know how to make them interact. I want to give the wire a velocity and have it go in the direction of the work piece. I want it to cut out a small rectamgular piece. In the end I just want to see how the region that is cut is affected by heat and other stresses. (deflection and deformation). The pictures are an idea of what I'm trying to say... Hope you can help. I am new to abaqus. Even a tutorial on cutting will help greatly. I want to know how to simulate cutting using WEDM. Please help me if you knnow how. Thank you.
