The Mechanics of Infrastructure Materials research group is looking to hire a Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) to work on hydrogen embrittlement modelling. The postdoc will be based at Imperial College London and supervised by Dr Emilio Martínez-Pañeda. Salary: £43,093 – £50,834.
Two fully funded PhD positions are available as early as Fall, 2023 in Dr. Ning Zhang’s research group at the Baylor University. The research work will focus on the mechanical, chemical, and thermal properties of structural and multifunctional materials.
The research topics include:
(1) Polymer composites;
(2) Medium/High entropy alloys;
(3) High entropy ceramics;
(4) Biomaterials;
(5) Machine learning.
