does anyone know, if it is possible to transfer a FE-Model from Abaqus to LsDyna? I build up the model with Abaqus Cae, so I can take either the *.cae or the *.inp file.
The best way is to use Hypermesh software, all what you have to do is to extract a .inp file from ABAQUS, then in Hypermesh, use "Import" function to import ABAQUS input file.
Despite the fact that Hypermesh is a powerful tool, still for complex projects, you will need to perform some operations manually.
