How to implement a kind of nonlinear interaction relevant to relative velocity in ABAQUS?

Dear all,

Could anyone help to give me some advice on how to implement a kind of nonlinear interaction relevant to relative velocity in ABAQUS? The interaction force has a quadratic function with the relative velocity between two nodes. Thanks.
