hello, m doing msc in structural enginering, could anyone help me how to apply blast laod of 8kg explosive in abaqus, and compare numerical results with expermertal resutls.thanks

Increasing emerging
economies has resulted in an increase in energy demand, and thus a look into
the Biofuel. Factors such as oil prices, global warming, and explorative access
issues has spurred the development of biofuels.

Biofuels are carbon
neutralizers but issues and challenges such as Fuel vs. Food debate,
life-cycle-environmental impact of biofuels [1] raises question marks over its
development and sustainability to substitute fossil fuels.

i amhe currently doing project using ansys. i have to model the properties of a gel using viscoelastic properties. there are different viscoelastic models in ansys , i dont know which model should use and how we get the parameters for that model.hope a favourable reply

i simulted impact on ceramic plate but after the impact the element of ceramic didnot erod. i use element deletation=yes, any body know what should i do?

Like we have established, health, safety and environmental legislation regimes have always been as a result of major accidents. The only time there is the need for new legislation is when there is a major accident. this is rather a faulty pivot for legislation formation because there is no single accident sequence that would ever repeat itself in thesame way. Why is it not possible to achieve a more robust model.
