Marie Curie IEF & IIF

I am interested in applying for Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowships (IEF) and Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowships (IIF). These are highly prestigious two-year fellowships (with average salary ~£50k/year):

Hi All,

I'm involved in development of AxSTREAM Turbomachinery Coceptual Design Suite.

 

We belives that AxSTREAM has a great potentia not onlly in industry but in education too. We have good cooperation with PSU and a number of other univercities around globe.

Some time ago we started a new series of animated demo with narration, related to latest version AxSTREAM-III.

Now I'd like   to share first ones.

A PhD scholarship is available at DTU Mechanical Engineering, Section for Solid Mechanics, in the field of fatigue and wear in rolling and sliding contacts, with focus on computational stress and damage modelling. The department has well-established research activities in this field. The present scholarship is partly funded by the Danish Centre for Knowledge based Engineering for Improved Reliability of Critical Wind turbine Components (REWIND)  supported by the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation.

French Republic Knights Professor Ravichandran

Postdoctoral Researcher in Modelling of Composite Materials Manufacturing Processes

Applicants are invited for the above post, starting Sept 1st, 2011 or soon thereafter, which is funded by Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland, through the Competence Centre Programme. The successful candidate will be required to carry out modelling activities related to polymer matrix composites manufacturing, particularly by automated tow placement and liquid resin infusion processes.
