The department has well-established research activities in this field. Founded by Napoleon in 1808 to honor educators and scholars, this distinction recognizes eminent personalities who have made significant contributions to the development of French culture, science, and education.
Applicants are invited for the above post, starting Sept 1st, 2011 or soon thereafter, which is funded by Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland, through the Competence Centre Programme. The successful candidate will be required to carry out modelling activities related to polymer matrix composites manufacturing, particularly by automated tow placement and liquid resin infusion processes.
