ansys solid46

hello

i am trying to model a 3d composite plate with a hole in ansys using solid46 element. the stress values that i ve obtained do not match with the correct answer. i do not know if the error is because of the element coordinate system or if it is to do with something else.

can anybody post some suggestions to help me in this regard
