Hi, is it possible to include a cohesive zone with temperature dependence behavior in abaqus CAE

Hi experts in both mechanics and abaqus,

Is it possible to add a cohesive zone with temperature dependence behavior in abaqus CAE? Currently I try to include a cohesive zone model with traction-separation law but without thermal property in my 2 layers model. The cohesive zone is embedded between coating and substrate. The geometry of the coating and substrate is curvature models composed of 2 line segments connected by a radius. As for the default coh, I found the default stack orientation is 2 direction in abaqus, i.e., y direction. So I have to make the stack orientation of my model in the direction of thickness. Furthermore, my model experiences temperature change and needs to consider the thermal-mechanical response. So I have to consider a cohesive zone model with thermal property.

The coh model that I used without thermal property caused penetration between coating, cohesive zone and substrate even though I defined 3 tie constraints between those couples. So any idea to solve this penetration? Or any cohesive zone model have temperature dependence damage property?

Thanks and looking forward to your reply!
