Fully Funded Phd Position in Computational mechanics, fatigue and fracture in composite materials at Michigan Technological University
A fully funded Phd assistantship is available at the Michigan Technological University in the broad area of computational mechanics with a specific focus on fracture behavior of composite materials, starting Fall 2022. Candidates with a MS degree in structural mechanics, solid mechanics would be preferred. Preliminary knowledge of coding in finite elements, and (any) programming language is a plus.
