The Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado Denver (CU Denver) invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position. Applications from candidates in mechanical engineering and related fields will be considered. Individuals with a proven track record in research areas including controls, systems engineering, mechatronics, autonomous systems, solid mechanics and/or experimental fluids-thermal research are encouraged to apply.

The candidate must have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have demonstrated expertise in Mechanical Engineering as evidenced by the candidate’s publication and funding record.
