modeling a multiple type constraint in one coincidence point

I have a question about modeling a multiple type constraint in one coincidence point between different wire elements. This has illustrated in the following picture:

I want to define constraint in the orange point as: element E1 and E2 are tied and Element E3 and E4 are pinned in coincidence orange point.

How I can do that?
