1 PhD position is available in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Utah State University. The research will focus on the multi-scale modeling and design of biological macromolecules, energy-related materials, high-performance composites, and nuclear systems. The candidate should have a bachelor degree (preferably with a master degree as well) in mechanics, mechanical engineering, materials sciences and engineering or related areas.
