My name is Ravikumar Sanapala. I am doing Master of Science (M.S) in Mechanical Engineering at University of Maryland. I recieved a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, India.
I am very much excited to learn about the new frontiers in electronics and this course of flexible macroelectronics introduced me to one of the challenging aspects of it.
My research interests include Electronic Packaging, Reliability of Electronic products and systems and Material characterization.
