I have been struggling with the following error message in FEMLAB software: "The length of fem.appl(1).equ.ind must equal the number of domains in the geometry." I don't know exactly how to fix this error message. Would you please help me?

Have you defined physics for all the domains in the geometry?

Have you defined physics for all the domains in the geometry? Looks like FEMLAB is not able to find the subdomain equations for one of the geometries.
If you are writing script (or an m file) for your model, this is the most likely error that you are making.
