Run Abaqus examples

I have an easy question!

How I could use abaqus Examples? Because its examples are in the text format, how I could recall them in abaquse and run? like .inp files.

 abaqus fetch j=<inputfilename>

you can right click on inp links and use "save linked content as", after that you should import that file in abaqus.
