Cohesive Zone Meshing in ANSYS

Hello,

I am trying to simulate crack propagation in ANSYS. I am stucked in Cohesive Zone meshing.

I have gone through all the posts  posted here.

I have understood that CZ Meshing is done through command line ANSYS. Even I gave try for it but was unfortunate.

Can anybody help me out by giving me a step-wise procedure of it, or just explain me how should the CZ Meshing be done in the software (ANSYS) to see the crack propagation in a simple 2-D plate with edge crack.I am trying to solve the problem using LEFM, andunder static loading.
