j-integral procedure
THERE IS NO DIRECT KEY AVAILABLE LIKE KI for J-INTERGRAL.
FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE IN ANSYS
1.LOCATE THE PATH AROUND THE CRACK TIP IN THE ANTI CLOCKWISE DIRECTION
2.GO TO HELP AND FIND ANSYS verification manuals AT THE END OF help ,FIND VM 143,OPEN IT ,THERE WILL BE SOMANY CODES ,FIND J-INTEGRAL COMMANDS (PROGRAM) ,
3.COPY THAT PROGRAM AND PASTE IN A WORD PAD AND SAVE IT(ANYWHERE).
4.IN THE SECOND LINE OF THE PROGRAM see ppath and locate the node numbers like
papthg 143,142,141,139-------------131(anticlockwise using key board type it) finally,save it.
5.open file in ansys ,
follow instrycution
read in from:c:word file
press enter.
you will find the j-integral in scalar paramters on the top of the ansys window
