Hello every one,
I'm wondering if any body knows how does ABAQUS (or ANSYS) calculate "element nodal force" (not unique nodal force)? According to ABAQUS manual I just know that it is obtained from element stress. I couldn't find the procedure of calculation in ABAQUS help and manuals.

Hi,
I am working on a coupled fluid structure problem , precisley on the elasto-acoustic mode, of a system consist on a cube which define the fluid domain coupled with an elastic plate.
The boundry conditions is:
- all the face of the cube is regid only the face coupled with the plate
- the plate is simply supported at the interface

Need to get results from an relatively big composite model, after running a nonlinear analysis.
Can anyone tell me how to get out max tsaiwu at top and bottom of (17)layer(s), for the different substeps(50) in a table form. This can be done manualy, but is a "nightmare" and takes a lot of time..
Am familiar with the Monitor command, that will give me the displacements through the different steps.
