Hi,
can anybody give me some tips on which are the main differences between ANSA CAE and HYPERMESH? I am currentlymodeling with HYPERMESH, but as far as I have heard very good comments from ANSA I am thinking about the change.
I will appreciate your comments.

Differnce between hypermesh and ANSA

There are many diffrences between ANSA an hypermesh but main thing is middle surface extraction is easy and time saving in hypermesh but it is little bit time taking in ANSA. But meshing is quite easy in ANSA cause meshing is done on surface but not between two curves. so, my suggestion is to create middle surface in Hypermesh and change that into iges format again make it into ansa.file and do meshing in that. It will take less time by doing this.
