Lateral Stiffness

Hello

I modeled a 2-D frame in Ansys and calculate the lateral stiffness, deviding force by max. displacement of frame.

I want to know, how can I directly calculate the lateral stiffness of 2-D frame in Ansys software?

In fact I want to compare this answer with the first one.
