The Institute of Structural Analysis (ISD) organizes the ECCOMAS Thematic Conference on the Mechanical Response of Composites from 21st - 23rd September 2011 in cooperation with the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the Graduate School on Multiscale Methods for Interface Coupling (MUSIC) of Leibniz Universität Hannover, and REpower Systems AG.
Following the two conferences in Porto (2007) and London (2009), it is the 3rd conference in this series. Since the scope of the conference is specifically the mechanical response of composites, the conference provides an efficient platform for experts on composites analysis.
