which software should I select? ANSYS or ABAQUS?

I am going to make an Finite element model of the Concrete Deck with corrosioin-induced damage.

From literature, ABAQUS may be better, while the resources in our school, only ANSYS available now. Any suggestions on using ANSYS to model my problem? OR is it not appropriate using ANSYS?
