Hi all
I have posted two posts before and NO BODY has REPLIED to my questions....
please i need some help with my ABACUS....I have my data and whenever i run my data on ABACUS it says INVALID GEOMETRY...
If any any one knows how to solve this as i have tried searching the web and go through tools---> repairs and still not working...

Hi Nina333,
I think you are exporting the geometry from some external modelling software. Maybe you should export it into another modelling software and once again you should take it into ABAQUS.(Preferably Pro-E..cauz I read somewhere ABAQUS is very well compatible to Pro-E / Catia). In any case the software you use for solid modelling shouldnt matter.
Another method could be taking it into Hypermesh, wherein there are some pretty tools to cleanup free edges etc. Try any of these methods
