I recommend you to have a look at the book of Dennis Moss, Pressure Vessel Design Manual, I personally use this book a lot.There are other options as well. For example, the book of Brownell & Young (i don't recall the name) and Pressure Vessel Handbook (i don't recall the author). In the first book, there are some procedures for bolt analysis, and I guess the other books should have some as well.
