PhD position in Computational Materials Science and Materials Informatics

Fully funded PhD positions are available at Computational Materials Design Lab (https://mamivand.weebly.com/). The lab’s projects are focused on Computational Materials Science and Materials Informatics.  

Candidates with a background in computational materials science, computation mechanics, and applied physics are encouraged to apply. Candidates with a master’s degree are preferred. Background in Phase Field Modeling, coding, materials modeling, and finite element method is a plus. The candidates are expected to have a strong academic record, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional admission requirements are described in the following link:

The position is available for Spring 2022 (or earlier). The review of applications will continue until the position is filled. The selected candidates will receive a competitive stipend, full tuition, and benefit.
