Looking for postdoctoral researcher with experience in the area of topological mechanics and/or acoustics, or nonlinear mechanics/dynamics to join the Boechler Research Group (http://boechler.ucsd.edu/) in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. A solid theoretical background in the aforementioned area, as well as strong communication skills are desired. The initial appointment would be for one year, with a potential for extension. Start dates may range from immediate to Fall 2021.
