I am looking for a good PhD student in the area of materials science/polymer science/computational engineering/mechanical engineering. The position is fully funded by EPSRC and ORE Catapult for 4 years.
The PhD scholarship is only for UK/EU citizens. The research aims to predict the effects of aging by a de-coupled approach in order to understand the fatigue failure behaviour of tidal turbine blades made of fibre-refinfored composites.
