Who is the current Chair of Committee on Constitutive Equations?

I am trying to find the listing of committees of AMD.  Not a simple task...  The ASME CustomerCare office is now trying to figure that out...  In particular, perhaps someone knows: who is the current Chair of Committee on Constitutive Equations?
