If anyone could please help me find the elastic properties of ALUMINUM 5754 O (i.e. elastic modulus)......or an aluminum thats similar to aluminum 5754 O ....
The O designation is given to a "fully" annealed state. The elastic modulus does not depend significantly on the temper. Also the volume fraction of the alloying materials is less than 6% for AA5754. So the elastic moduli are essentially the same as that of pure aluminum. You can just pick the values for aluminum from any of numerous sources.

If you need other properties you can try
1) Matweb at http://www.matweb.com/search/SpecificMaterial.asp?bassnum=MA5754
I couldn't find much information on AA5754 in the limited search that I did. There might be more.
2) Look at the ASM handbooks at http://products.asminternational.org/hbk/index.jsp . Assuming 3% Mg and 0.3% Mn, the closest you get in the 5000 series is AA5254.
3) If you want more properties you should look at the literature by doing a google search on AA5754.
