Can anyone help on how to output the cooridinate of crack tip in Abaqus XFEM as a history output? For example, a output like
t x y z
is expected.
I know the Abaqus use two level-set functions to determine the coordinate of crack tip. When both PHILSM and PSILSM vanish, Abaqus has the coordinate of crack tip. I can output both PHILSM and PSILSM as field output. And the crack can be explicitly shown in the viewer. But how can I extract this information as X-Y data.
A more general question: is possible to request history output subject to some condition in CAE? For example, output COORDINATE such that PHILSM=0 and PSILSM=0.
Thanks.
Best wishes,
Lei
