Regarding making changes in input file of Abaqus to implement UEL

I have started to work on writting UEL for Cohesive zone models for my dissertation work .As a trial, I have solved the problem of stress analysis of a beam by using inbuilt B21 elements in Abaqus and by using UEL fortran code the code is running but when i click on Plot contours on Deformed shape button in visualisation mode it shows error"There is no valid step data available on the database.If the analysis is running,the database must be closed and reopened once the results have been initializedThe reguest operation has been canelled" I am attaching some files with it,waiting for your positive reply.Thanks in advance
