Hi,
I'm trying to do simulation of a standard shear test of a composite specimen. Hence I'm using the composite layup to create the section of my specimen. But I'm getting the following error no matter what i do. I have even tried the following tutorial but still I'm getting the same error. Error in job Thick_plate_compositelayup: 200 elements have missing property definitions. The elements have been identified in element set ErrElemMissingSection.
Error in job Thick_plate_compositelayup: SECTION DEFINITIONS ARE MISSING OR INCORRECT FOR THE ELEMENTS INDICATED ABOVE. FURTHER PROCESSING OF THE INPUT FILE IS NOT POSSIBLE UNTIL THIS INPUT ERROR IS FIXED.

Dear Gupta ji,
Are you being succcessful for the model creation according that tutorial?In composite layer up, I think, I faced a probelm regarding selection of matetial.It was not able to select the part as continnum shell.But, when I made it as conventional shell, it was selected.Also, I was facing problem for the load given.Have you written any User-subroutine for the load.So, I could not reach to the final step.Any comment on this topic will be helpful to me also.
