I am Devarajan.K Doing M.Tech Engineering design . I am currently doing projects in Optimisation of influence of rolling paramters in cold rolling process . For this i choosed the following input parameters of rolling process
1. Roller Diameter
2.Roller Speed
3. Friction Coefficient
4.Inlet material thickness
5.% of reductions
i found the roller diamter vaired from company to company. so i choosed 200mm to 250mm, roller speed also varying one. so i choosed 60-80rom, friction coefficient also i choosed 0.3 to 0.4( by changing the lubrication), inlet thickness in cold rolling value changes from 10-150mm and % of of reduction also i choosed 10-25% for on pass rolling.
can any one tell me sugggestion about the parameters what i choosed, it will help me to strat my Desing of Experiments and analysis
