Twelfth International Conference on Fatigue Damage of Structural Materials

The twelfth biennial International Conference on Fatigue Damage of Structural Materials will be held in scenic Cape Cod at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Hyannis, Massachusetts from the 16-21 September 2018.

Ph.D positions at University of Connecticut

Ph.D. student positions are available within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Connecticut. The research topic in Dr. Zhang's lab is interdisciplinary by nature, spanning over structural dynamics, fluid mechanics, finite element analysis, solid mechanics, and structural reliability. The positions will be filled in 2014 Spring and Fall.

Research background in the following areas is preferred: 

1. Fatigue and fracture of materials and structures;

Don't forget! Accepted oral and poster presenters should register no later than 1 June 2010 to ensure that their material is included in the final program and the book of abstracts.  Non-registered presentations will be withdrawn from the conference after this date.  Please include your abstract reference number when completing your registration form.

The 7th International Conference on Fatigue Damage of Structural Materials will be held in Hyannis, Mass., USA, 14-19 September. Hyannis is situated 80 mi/130 km from Boston's Logan International Airport and is easily reached either by car or by public transport.
