Post-doctoral position in Solid Mechanics at the University of Texas

I am looking for a Post-doctoral Fellow to work on an NIH project that involves collaboration with the group of Dr. Sacks at UT Biomedical Engineering and with the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.  The work involves some experimental characterization of tissues, and development of computational modeling of surgical reconstruction of the breast. Specific background in Biomechanics is not necessary, but candidates should have a strong background in nonlinear solid mechanics, numerical simulations, and some experience in experimental, analytical, and numerical characterization.
