Help Ukraine 2

Dear Colleagues and Friends:

 (This is my private letter, I am not speaking on behalf of Iowa State University)

At the beginning of putin’s invasion of Ukraine, I wrote a letter

Opinion: I am from Kyiv. Ukrainians need the world's help. (desmoinesregister.com)

and spread it to some communities. Now the situation is much worse. Due to Ukraine’s heroic resistance, putin’s army changed tactics. Now, it routinely kills thousands of civilians, destroys hospitals, houses, and other civilian structures, completely destroyed some towns, and created numerous humanitarian catastrophes. If putin’s army seizes Ukraine, it would be a strong encouragement to invade other countries, including Baltic countries that are members of NATO. The entire world is united in helping the Ukrainian people and army.

 Many want to help but do not know how.  According to the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States, you can support Ukrainian people
