Ph.D. positions at Univ. of Parma – Italy on Smart Materials and Additive Manufacturing Simulation (for Chinese CSC supported students)

Two open Ph.D. positions are available at the Univ. of Parma – Italy, for Chinese CSC supported students.

The topic will be the Mechanical Modeling of Advanced and Responsive Materials and Additive Manufacturing Modeling, starting from Nov. 2021.

The Ph.D. candidates must be Chinese students which are asked to apply to the Chinese Scholarship Council for 45 months of economic support. No fees have to be paid to the Univ. of Parma.

The Ph.D. students will be involved in a European project on Advanced Materials obtained through Additive Manufacturing (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/857124) and will be asked to spend some periods (about 2-3 months/year) of their Ph.D. in other European countries.

All the costs for the mobility periods (travel, accommodations, etc.) will be covered by Parma University.
