Below is the video link to my first lecture video, where in I tried to demonstrate the failure of brittle materials using simple experiments.

This is an educational outreach initiative mainly targeted at the undergraduates (mechanical/civil/aerospace and materials engineering) studying mechanics and also other professionals that seek simpler explanations. The overall goal is offer deeper insights ,very simple explanations and help build intuition on specific concepts /topics of mechanics. Learning by experiments, visualization, and examples and learning through analogy helps to imbibe a concept very easily and the teaching method will closely follow that principle. You could consider this as one stop for most of the topics of mechanics which includes continuum mechanics, strength of materials, solid mechanics, finite element analysis, elasticity, plasticity etc.
