ABSTRACT

Turning of modern high strength materials is conducted with ultrasonic vibration applied in the feed direction using an auto resonant control system.The rough ness and round ness is measured and compared with conventional turning. Design of ultrasonic vibration assisted turning system and theoretical analysis of every element use in UVATS.From literature survey it is possible to design auto resonant system which is use for turning of highstength material. But main motto of research is design different part with accuracy and assembles them for proper propagation and increase frequency about 20kHz at the load (at tool) and using it for turning of high strength material.
