Job Description:

• Performs software development activities on Computer-aided Engineering applications, including requirements gathering, design, coding, task cards, maintenance, and unit testing.
• Identifies and implements effective processes and procedures for accomplishing work.
• Encourages open expression of ideas and opinions; listens effectively.
• Uses informal networks to get things done; uses other expert resources when appropriate.
• Produces high quality products/components with agreed-to features on committed delivery dates.  Ensures projects are completed on time and according to corporate quality standards.
• Other job related duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-5 years experience with Microsoft COM/ATL technologies
• Programming experience using one or more of the following languages: C/C++, C#, .NET, Java, HTML, XML
• BS in Engineering or Computer Science
• Knowledgeable about current software development technologies and trends
• Possesses skills to work well in an open, multi-discipline, intense team environment.  Communicative and articulate in both verbal and written mediums
