The PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:  A comprehensive review of the existing tools for modeling smart materials systems AND  Enabling the industry to develop approaches  for analysis & design
of smart devices.

FEATURES: (1) Distinguished researchers in the area of smart materials will highlight elaborately the recent advances, current status and challenges ahead.  (2)  Major industry participation is expected. (3) More than a third of the workshop is devoted to stimulating discussion sessions.

DEADLINES: (pl. note: VERY LIMITED REGISTRATIONS ARE AVAILABLE)

--> 20 July 2007:  Deadline for abstract submission (poster sessions only).

--> 31 July 2007:  End of abstract selection (poster sessions only).

--> 15 Aug 2007:   Deadline for early registration (authors and delegates)

--> 30 Sep 2007:   Deadline for regular registration (first cum first served)
