Google Reader gets better now. It has added search within your feeds. The most convenient way to read any wed site, including iMechanica, is to use a RSS reader like Google Reader.

We've found a video that explains what the function of RSS is and how to use it. It is very clear, with diagrams and pictures of the websites that one needs to visit, and it's only 3 minutes long. It is called "RSS in Plain English".

The Wall Street Journal free online

Starting this year, The Wall Street Journal goes free online. The New York Times has been free online for a long time. Both newspapers offer many RSS feeds:

Google Reader is an excellent RSS reader

On 28 September 2006, Google released a new version of Google Reader. For the past two weeks, I've been using it, and found it excellent. Take a look at this initial announcement and a short and helpful video.

Update on 4 Feburary 2007. I now use Google Reader exclusively, and find it truly convenient.
