J-Integral test for pipelines

HI All,

i am doing my masters and my thesis is about pipeline integrity.In my
thesis, we did J-Integral test for our pipes(20'diameter and 5.7 mm
thicjness) after getting results ,according to ASTM we should draw 0.2
line to find J0.2 and the value which i got is around 200 kj/m2 but as
you know for pipeline materilas the J should be around 120 kj/m2 ,now i
wonder to know if there is any other way for calculating j-integral for
pipelines? we also run charpy test and again i am wondering to know if
there is any way for corrolating chary to JIC ?
