As far as I know it could not possible to define bidirectional composite in ANSYS, so in your case perhaps it could be better to consider your product as a solid orthotropic material with different properties in fiber directions. You can find the properties of your product with makig the specimens and do the mechanical test in different fiber direstion for findig the desired properties and apply as a input data in the ANSYS material model.

I didnt get your question completely. but&amp;nbsp; you should make your sample to find what is the real thickness of your material and also get the material model as a input data for Ansys. without this data I suppose your research is not going in the right way.
