How can i import a mesh ??

Dear all,

I am new in Abaqus and i`d like to import the mesh( the surface) to abaqus that i generrated in matlab. But Abaqus recognized just sat , igs , stp dxf etc format, and in matlab isn´t function that would export to this type of formats.
