She was unable to create an account on iMechanica, because <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captcha">CAPTCHA</a> kept telling her that she typed the letters wrong. <a href="/user/1">Lesley Lam</a>, iMechanicia user number 1, has just fixed the problem. Now new users can <a href="http://www.imechanica.org/user/register">register</a> once more. We apologize for the inconvenience that this problem might have caused you, and thank Anastassia for letting us know the problem. </p> <p>iMechanica is powered by <a href="http://drupal.org/">Drupal</a>, an open source content management system. Drupal has a vibrant community of developers, who have contributed numerous modules. iMechanica uses a small subset of them. The CAPTCHA module was installed recently to prevent sign up by computers. </p> <p>Sometime next week, Lesley will upgrade iMechanica to the newest edition of the software, Drupal 5. As a user, you should not see any immediate difference. However, Drupal 5 will allow us to keep up with the technology.
