 This is MATLAB code that was written by myself and collaborators that we've sought to make available to the wider research community. The program is intended to track the displacements of micropatterned dots on a substrate in a similar manner to that performed by  Maloney et al. in "Influence of Finite Thickness on cellular adhesion-induced deformation of an compliant substrata".
