                           I AM THE BEGINOR OF MSC-MARC.MY WORK IS ULTRASONIC ASSISTED TURNING.BUT I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT MARC-MENTAT,IF ANY ONE HAVE WORKING IN MY FIELD PLS SUGGEST ME HOW I SIMULATE VIBRATION ASSISTED TURNING USING MSC-MARC.

when wave propagated in solid medium it depends upon velocity of sound of that solid medium.if we make a horn/acoustic taking two different material 1st part is like material x and 2nd part is material y.how we match the natural frequency of material x and y.is it depends upon shape of horn.if any one have any ideaa about this .please give me some idea or any thing. i wii wait for that.

  ABSTRACT

i am a resercher working in mechanical engineering department in NIT,rourkela,INDIA.My present research On ultrasonic turning.I am using ansys for finite element modeling of ultrasonic turning.if any one have working on that field ,pls give some tutorial like orthogonal cutting using ansys and many more.

Ultransonic wave

To understand how ultrasonic wave motion occurs in a medium,it is nenecessary to understand the mechanism which transfer the energy between two points in a medium .  

 i make a piezoelectric transducer .pls give me some tips about piezoelectric transducer.

i make a ultrasonic horn.transducer is a part it.is it possible.
